What Do You LIKE Most About Your Grand Prix?



There are several things I like about the GP. To me hands down the 97-03 GPs are the BEST looking FWD cars on the road period compared to anything else. Modding is cheap and easy. Maintence is cheap and easy. Everything on the motor is simple to work on thanks to being a simple pushrod motor. HUD has spoiled me too, I donno what i'll ever do without that feature. I love my GPs, they've been great cars and very realible and take abuse really well...
 
I have liked a lot about my 2 GPs.

HUD
Heated leather
Roomy
I happen to like the sunroof, it flows well with the body when its out IMO
LOVE the aggressive styling!
Motor is great, and my 2 have been extremely relaible
Great aftermarket for these cars
Also has light stock rims :P
 


I'll throw in my $0.02 in this thread too I guess.

I'm shallow and looks are important to me so I like the 97-03 GP's styling for a FWD sedan. Looks more aggressive than the GTOs IMO which is pathetic. :th_laugh-lol3: Gotta love a stock short block that can go 8's in the 1/4 or better. I don't care for the HUD much, but I don't think I'll ever be able to drive another car without the steering wheel radio controls. lol Man, I love them. Just soldered in new switches and bulbs this weekend to keep them in tip top shape. The stock cat back is good for 12's so I can save money and keep the crappy exhaust sound down by retaining the stock system. I like the sleeper potential these cars have too. Overall my GP has been reliable, gets decent mileage all things considered, and is pretty safe. It fits my desires very well right now.
 


i believe what u r talking about, that thing on top of the motor, is called a supercharger. but then again i could be wrong. might just be the power steering pump making all the noise. lol

gotta love the torque....
