What Do You LIKE Most About Your Grand Prix?

I got this idea from another forum, and I really enjoyed reading it.

What do you like the most about your GP in its stock form? It can be design, ergonomics, anything. You can list one or many things.

I like

-The WIDE look of the 97-03
-The sunroof that pops up and out, (vs. hides in the roof)
-Fog Light Switch is on a toggle, not a push button, so you can set it and forget it.
-GT/P body "kit" makes the car look nice and level
-Exhaust at idle has a mellow rumble.
-Red Backlighting.

The red back lighting the seats the body styling 97-03
stock exhaust tone easy of modding
just the whole car in general there arent many complaints

just purchased my first gp and I like it alot, the sleek body lines, and the wide stance! The interior is a little over done but I didnt buy it for that reason, I got a really good deal on it and I have it in the shop right now getting a tune up, all new gaskets and seals through out the engine and new brake lines.

I love the size of it (2month old son) and it's easy to get him in and out. It's fast and reliable for compared to alot of other stock cars. Also all the luxery stuff Leather, Heated Seats, Dual Climate Controll, Heads Up Display, and exc

The fact I can drive for a couple hours and not feel worn out our beeten to deth like some cars do. The seats do not hurt my back, good mpg and power.

id have to say since i added the bullitt rims i feel my car is the nicest out there.... haha but no overall no complaints i love my ride im rebuilding my transmission in january and beefing it up with my instructor 1 on 1 after class aswell as im dropping a new motor in the cradle next weekend :) overall drivetrain is a bit weak but i love the body styling and my color you cant go wrong :)

ohh and might i add that when i got my liecnse the first car i wanted was a 97 to 03 gp i didnt even no they had a supercharged version or this color. needless to say after being very open to a newer car i glared upon this car sitting in the back behind a bunch of new cars "at a dealership that is now closed up" but i saw it and i told my dad thats her thats the racecar i want! lol so i signed papers and she was mine. needless to say i felt like a ricer because i thought my car was THE SH!T as some say i even washed it every weekend. overall I LOVE MY CAR ha

There's a lot to love, especially since my car back home was a 1990 Honda Accord, which I bought off my dad. After coming to America, I noticed that all the students in my school either drove Kia or Honda or Mitsubishi, and they tried ricing them out or just generally boasting about it (in India those cars are highly overpriced, so they try and show all their friends back home that they're balling) . Well I've always preferred American cars and after my friend (who has a C5 vette) found my GTP, it just felt like the right car.

What I like:
- The looks. Even as a 4-door, it looks sleek. I love the hood a lot.
- The space. This thing has so much space that my friend (who is 6' 3") can sit at the back and not ***** about the lack of space that he usually does.
- HUD/Digital CC/Bose Speakers/Sunroof/Electric Seats. Back in Dubai or India, these are generally not available or really expensive options, but this car has it all, and I still got it cheap! I like the stock sound system though I know a lot of people don't.
- Red Lighting. I'll be honest, when I first got the car, I wanted to change the interior lighting to blue, but I ended up changing my map lights and painting my front & rear air dam's red and that's it - feels great.
- Engine. 3800 Supercharged. Now that's a step up from a 2.0L four-banger! and I bet when I take it back home, it'll give my dad's 530i a run for its money :D.
- Mod-friendly. I love how easy it is to mod this car and the different levels you can mod it to, from daily-driver to drag-strip racer.

Most importantly though, its how the car makes me feel. Back home, when I drive my dad's beemer or even my mum's 7-series i don't feel cool, or like I'm "ballin" but more like a pretentious prick. When I drove my sisters 2002 V6 Accord, it just felt too wrong. My GTP, it just feels right - from the moment I enter I don't care about the dodgy power windows or the cheap trim and slowly-ripping-at-the-sides passenger cloth seat because it just seems irrelevant.

Of course I say this now, but the next time I have to change a LIM gasket I'll be cursing this car's name :D.

hmm, pretty much everything.

-the interior is constructed cheaply but it looks cool. i like the leather/stitching on the door panels. the seats are pretty comfy as well
-3800 engine. extremely reliable from what my mechanic says.
-roomy
-i like the rear end! w/ the dual exhaust and the skirts it looks really cool. also, i'm not sure what other people think, but I like the stock tail lights as long as the car has the spoiler.
