Ive gone from conventional, to a non-synthetic name brand oil, to part synthetic, and next will be full synthetic. Givin my L32 a taste of everything.
 


Tried to install a new intake on the Explorer. Failed miserably because the manufacturer advertised the wrong part for the truck :(

yep. but Cam, do note: that was NOT all highway miles. That is some pretty rough city miles as well. I'd say it was 60% city miles at least. That just proves Mobil1 holds up well and I probably won't let it go to 10k... but I won't change brands or type either.
 
Oh and Cam... they did my oil analysis for free I think lol

Mailed them a check with it. Money is there and everything. But I've got the results back and everything and it still hasn't came out of the bank. Go figure.
 


I'll be starting it for the first time in 4 months tomorrow to roll it outta the shop and over to get everything but the driver quarter primed and they'll start blocking it all out. Aparantly they're epoxying my driver fender for some reason instead of jambing and edging it....... probably my instructors idea. And glued (panel bond) the bottom of the quarter patch. Once I can get it back in the shop i'll weld the rest of the patch

I dont drive 10K a year but i got synthetic on sale and using it.
conv oil change would have cost me $22
with syn on sale it cost me $29 = :D
 
I changed the oil pressure sending unit on the comp g and the plugs found another one with no end but it wasn't misfiring.
 


changed the settings on the lock thing where instead of unlocking upon key off. now it unlocks when u put it in park. im tired of everybody yankin on my door handles before i get stopped. like dammit if u want out just haul out the window lol
 
well i can't help that. i just dont like having passengers cus 9 times out of 10 i can't smoke anyway lol but when it's just me the sunroofs open the heats wide open cig is lit radio is loud. its just me and the world.
