ANd engines are pretty cheap, 3.8 S/C $400 - then stupid puter and wiring - $700.00
Otherwise i would consider a swap, and a mechanic friend will swap an engine for $400 for me, i do wiring and puter.

Hahaha. Lee actually bought a new one for me. He said he got it a few weeks ago but timing to install it didn't work out till today. So its done now. And then car died on me twice and wouldn't stay running.
Grumble grumble grumble.....

Anything else wanna go wrong this afternoon?
 
Just got back from range. Its been a retarded day to shoot. Cold...rainy...muddy...and windy...now car is mud caked from the parking lot

Died after the new maf?
 
Yeah, started up fine at Lee's house. Drove it to wal-mart and it died on me 2 times when I went to leave. 3rd try it started up, stumbled a bit then got its act together and straightened out. Could it be the fuel filter?

Idk why it came out so red. Its Dark Cherry Metallic, with base high temp primer and high temp satin clear.
 
Yea that's really red. Y cars paint is dark cherry metallic and its no where near that red

My car...what did I do to it today? Hmmmm whooped a jeep a couple of times on the highway after he wanted to use the left lane as a retirement home. Odd how he came to life when I went around.
 
well, yesterday i put the coil booster/blocekrs on, helped get rid of some my sag, but it actually doesnt ride all that bad.
 
last night i swept out the inside and armor all'ed it. it looks pretty good. tonight after work i will be cleaning the windows on the inside and washing it. hopefully getting the long scratch on the passanger side from a fallen tree branch. Then maybe on Friday trading it in on a.......cough..... Regal.....cough........
 
reme,ber when doing windows roll window down clean along the track, lol

Well.... i'm gonna be bored all winter break without working on the car.... gotta go until january 7th without seeing the poor girl...
