I thought about it some more, and it wasn't the balancing that was thrown off - it was the valve stem itself. The weight of the cap kept causing it to shift around, and the tire kept losing air. So enjoy the caps. But if you start losing air for no reason you can think of, there you go.
For what I did today, I noticed a turn signal light was out. Took off the rear tail light assembly, and found quite a bit of water in it. Also discovered that the reverse light was also out. Poured out about 12 oz. of water, replaced all the lights. Have to replace the tail lights eventually, but this will do for now. Or I'll just keep buying lights as they short out. :th_thumb-up:
