What did you do to your Car today?

Washed, polished, and then wanted to instantly make it dirty again, there are too many paint flaws :( especially on the mirrors, there is a crap ton of chipping.

thats the only problem with doing your own washing and waxing, you see every last blemish, like it or not.:th_sick1:

but get 30 feet away and it looks great!
 
I did nothing to my car today but someone else did. Smh

That sux dude, hate when people don't look and just assume nobody is next to them.

How much damage did it actually do? From the shot your car looks relatively ok and theirs is crumpled. :th_praying:
 
Yup. My car had some nice bruising and a bent fender. Door catches the fender everytime I open it now. Her car wasn't so lucky. Her car on the hit side was completely damaged. Gotta love those plastic chrysler cars.

Apparently I was at the light in a right turn lane and she was beside me in a no turn lane on my left.

According to her a car came barreling out of the gas station that was on the street on her left and swerved in front of her so she then in turn swerved in front of me therefore hitting my car. I never saw the "phantom" vehicle.

So her insurance calls me and offers me no rental privileges and says they will investigate the issue. I'm confused because its quite obvious AND she admitted it was her fault. Smh. So my insurance gave me my rental coverage and they informed me that I would have to pay my deductible if she doesn't claim fault.

it's clear in the picture who fault it's was.
 


Wow that sucks, thats why i love canadian insurance.

If it was canada, she hit you, you pay no deductible. she does. End of story.

Sucks dude either way, busted up car is never fun. did the rim get scuffed?

So she was texting and looked up and saw a car and freaked out and ran into you?
 
Sounds about right lol. Just got a call, she claimed responsibility. Great. Now about my rims...it's scratched up so i wanna know will they fix them or replace them? Kinda hard to replace them being though they are discontinued.

There are companies that can make them look new. Make sure they are done right.
 
make sure your car is done right too, in PA you can take your car to any body shop you choose insurance company cant tell you what one to go to by law. watch out if your insurance companies give you a list to where to take your car. find out your state law on this, and if you have a choice take it to the most expensive high quality body shop.
