• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Drove to work this morning no problems. Leaving work my exhaust fell off :( so I pulled it off and drove and picked up my daughter and she held her ears all the way home lol. Got home and tack welded everything together then used band clamps to hold everything together. Also found out my tips were getting ready to fall off so I welded those on to. Weld burns hurt btw. While doing this my daughter keep telling me "I see" so I made her wear my weld helmet so she could watch me lol

bought 2 new front tires and got it aligned finally. got coupons in the mail, tires were marked down to 90 from 129, and the aliment cost 60 with a 25% off coupon. after tax= 275 later and i was out the door.

and the tires were free mount balance and stems. cant beat that, even with a stick...:th_laugh-lol3:

Wish I had soap that lathered like that. I know, your at the car wash.. but my soap does not sud. It makes it shine tho. It's called ice car wash by turtle wax.

Washed her. Had to scrub twice to get all the rain/mud ick off.
Now she's all shiny and pretty again :) Until it rains tomorrow...

saw it leave this morning when the wife took it to work, saw it just now on the curb when wife came home with it, its getting natures car wash currently.

Yeah I saw the other thread, I like it. Just might have to steal that. Get rid of the pin stripe though. Unless you like that.
I'd love to ditch the pinstripe. I've seen GPs without it and they look much cleaner.

However, if I ever get it repainted, I'll be ditching the door guards entirely, too.

eraser wheel, but you can burn the paint off i hear. and i could not find one for less than 30 bucks, razor blade....free.

then hit it with the PC and made it shine.

it does take a steady hand, well two hands, and finding the right angle, once you get that right it cuts it right off and the pin stripe is rolling up like curly fries as you drag the blade across the paint.
