my dog got out when he was a pup, some lady saw him pulled up opened the door, she called him, he ran and jumped in the car, i was like he did what?! he loved car rides. good thing i had a tag on him, she drove him right to my house lol
 


Thanks! I feel good about it. I know I'd hope that someone would do the same if it was one of my dogs.
She had collar but no tag. You just don't see that breed around here much, especially running loose. I guess they've only had her a week.
 
Showed off how long of a range my factory remote start has. LOL

I was at my brother's house. He got the UFC fight tonight and after the fight a bunch of us hung around to BS some more and let the alcohol wear off. When we all got ready to leave I was grabbing my jacket as the one couple was walking out the door and hit the button to start my car. I said my good byes and was walking to the car and the guy stopped his truck just to say, "Damn you have a hell of a reach on your remote start. I'm lucky if mine reaches 10 feet." :p
 
This wasn't exactly today but Friday wideband tuned the car found out the LIM went bad so i guess tuesday I can post saying I replaced a LIM gasket :P

GM be trolling 04 Series 3 owners since it was supposed to be fixed on series 3...
 
Put some finishing touches on the engine before its going in

ZZP valve covers - vht copper and vht black for the gtp supercharged inlay

06 started getting the updated gaskets.
 
Replaced a VERY bad rear strut with a new Monroe Quickstrut. Pretty simple to install, just had to fight lining up the bolt holes.

Yes, da sanded, primered, painted black, paint mask applied where gtp supercharged is and then painted vht copper...

Just a fyi I did not paint them, a friend of mine that actually knows how to paint did them.

I know, but it started raining. The other strut will go in next weekend. Car will be sitting in the mechanic's garage this week to get the AC fixed anyway. (my garage is tiny and full of crap).
 


Being that the valve covers would have been the only "polished" aluminum piece under the hood I decided to go the painted look.. i'll post some pics and make a build thread when its all done..
