K. I thought about doing it, along with the voltage booster. Buuut I'm not 100% certain on how to do the grounds. I need to read through it again and pay more attention, I get it grounds to the body but I'm not sure where the other end attaches.

But let me know. :)
 


Cleaned out my garage so I can actually get some work done to that and the other rides.

Prepped it to install the roof rails tomorrow and I waxed it all and let it sit over night.

Grumble grumble. I put all that work into cleaning my car yesterday, and when I walked outside to grab some parts for my cousin there was already a layer of dust on the damn thing. :scream:

you want the grounds to bolt to the engine block, the body, and both lead back to the neg battery terminal. i was looking for bolting/routing ideas myself.
 
its supposed to up your voltage over all it seems, faster windows, seat heaters up faster, volt gauage goes up too.

the factory wires are small, you are just adding larger wire to get all the juice out of the alternator. and better grounds.

and some are claiming better mpg
 


Finished up my downpipe and glasspack muffler install. Got an appointment to get the tailpipe put on. Now for a scanforce and a plog so I can drop pulleys haha. Looking for a junkyard tranny to limp by till I get mine built. Oh and got my subs hooked up. A higher output alternator cuz everytime those 12's hit the headlight dim majorly.

Yeah just did my Downpipe and Glasspack yesterday to haha. What mufflers you gona run?
 
Was real motivated to sweep and wax entire car then got outside and lost all motivation. So I did a half azz wax and high gloss spritzed the entire car.
Also resanded the stock tips so they look better until they get replaced.

Oh, and i ordered a new sway bar today. So no more clunking soon hopefully.
 
installed my hv3 insert, didnt feel any difference other then it feels like it breathes more and rides smoother, lost low end to wich was expected
 
Looks really nice. I won't be motivated to do anything until the next "Cruisin'" at the beach.

GOT PULLED OVER!

i passed a cop sitting in a lot off tr 17, (and i was speed ing a bit) and after i passed, he pulled out, so we all know what that means. i get about 2 or 3 miles down the road, and here he comes lights on, we all clear the left lane to let him pass, and slides in right behind me like i knew he was, tail gating the crap out of me, i stop almost as fast as i can because theres no where to stop after i pass this last little area.

cop gets out walks up and fully introduces himself, nice KID, and tells me hes doing vehicle equipment violation stops today here on rt 17. and YOU HAVE ALL 4 WINDOWS TINTED on your car. i say nothing. just kinda nodded. he asks how my lic is, i tell the truth, 2 points speeding in del, he asks whens the last time i was stopped, i was like ahhhhhh im not sure, i get stopped all the time, ya know DOT stops, maybe a month ago... i know hes already seen i have a CDL lic, so im like my lic is good, no doubt about that. he then says ill let you off with a warning. hands me back my info, no paper warning, so its like no warning,. lol

today was a good day.;) liking the po po a tad bit more today. not to much, just a lil bit lol
 
as it seems to me, and mostly because they tell me, if you didn't have a CDL lic, i'd write you up for this or that. cops do seem to respect the fact that my lic IS my JOB. and they have you by the balls, and they could swing either way, but most of the time i get a break.

i always act properly, have my paper work ready when he/she gets to my car, and just be nice and take what ever's coming, its all you can do to minimize the damage you've already done. acting a fool gets you nowhere.

i lucked out today, the last cop that pulled me over for tint wrote the ticket. its not a moving violation, no points, so they tend to get ticket happy for that kind of ticket.

Not sure gonna try a straight 2.5" all the way but if it's half as obnoxious as it is now (downpipe/glasspack) gonna have to put the stock mufflers back on I guess. They look like horse crap tho so I really don't want to

Beat the **** out of it and made teh coolant bleed. There was quite a bit of air in it it seemed like lol Also was bored enought to try my old window regualtor that sh!t out on my last year. So I thought. The window has been wedged up Since last fall. Take the door panel off and just try plugging it in and it moves! I get a couple months of bouncing around in my trunk fixed it haha at least for now.
 
Put the stock mufflers back on. Guessing its gonna sound best that way with the glasspack. Also painted the spoiler "smoky" grey. Contemplated white but decided against it. Keeps throwing the shift scelenoid b stuck off code so I'm not sure if I should try replacing that or just throw a used tranny in it
