drove it about 350 miles to get new to me seats, new seats rule, i sit about 3 inches higher in the car now. i had the light gray seats, these are dark gray, seems like a good combo.

2001 regal. funny part is he went out and got heated seats for his regal and got the light gray seats, i have light gray and bought his dark gray seats, so we have the exact opposite color combo of seats and interiors, looks pretty good like this if you ask me.
 
So, i beginning to face the inevitable.
that my car is essentially unsellable and that i'll be stuck with it forever.

So i was driving it tonight, trying to rekindle some of that enjoyment i used to get from driving it... and that joy has now gone...


so.

this means i need to make this car fun somehow..


any ideas guys?
 
Think about what you want in a new car and what you seem to be missing from this one.
I did that and couldn't come up with much.
 




They should... Mmm 04 seats in a Regal. Scott...I nearly did the dark seats in my car. Came up with cheap leather first though.

Rolled 196,000 miles on Saturday. Filled up Saturday morning, drove 2 hours to a wedding then 2.5 hours to a party and then 2 hours home yesterday, refilled tank. Got a compliment on how the trans shifts from a couple of the buddies.

Planning on getting another center console and redoing the cubby hole area to hold the HUD and Aeroforce nicely.

Got racecar's battery tested, it's reading 12.6v but saying it needs a charge, cranking amps have diminished to 500 when it's rated for 800. Figured a dead cell, so yay for new battery. Wonder which one I shall buy...
