yeah, that looks right for that area. its just bigger than 2 inches in the circle there? did you buy new bolts already? cause one always breaks. if not both.

I already had them out for my dp didn't break them. And put antiseize on them
When I was putting it back together. I'm not concerened lol I'll throw it in tomorrow
 


come on now. i parked my car after driving it, then started to take the exhaust manifolds off to install headers. the super charger was still warm as the rear header went on lol
 
I intentionally started pulling my manifolds off while they were hot. It helps the bolts break loose instead of just breaking, IME.
 


my dp blew apart right befor that flange your doing, i put gloves on and put the pipe back together and re clamped that f er.

truth is that area cools fast.
 
ordered my wheel bearing assembly i needed. jeez its gonna be a busy week. getting inspected tomorrow my buddy is gonna do it. next thing is to find those stock air box bolts i need. got the part # today from the stealer ship. gonna try and make my own slp style air box with open cone
 
Tranny acted weird from a stop a few blocks away from my house last night. Remembered that a friend pointed out it was low while parked once, but I didnt check it while running then... or when I'd bought the car, because I was in a stupor at that point and missed a few things on my inspection. Two quarts of tranny oil later and it shifts great and is back to the level it needs to be. Looked underneath and didn't see any leaks so it must have been low the entire time?

Oh, and I'm completely out of brake cleaner. Where can I get some for cheap?
 


Not recently, but I did Seafoam it not to long ago. Techron before that. Actually, right before I put my headers in my wife put 87 in on accident and I put 3 bottles of octane booster in and installed headers (worked GREAT as an excuse, lol). That was maybe 6 months ago.
 
Yea, I know. She bought them thinking it would help and i figured it wouldn't hurt. I'll clean them, but should they be replaced because of it?
