• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

What's the easiest way to install ??

Let's see...yesterday the Camaro showed up...unloaded it off the flatbed immediately into the garage. Swapped out the P/S exhaust manifold gasket...much quieter now. This morning I fixed the D/S front seat so it slides back and forth like it should and dad has been tackling the body work to get it painted before I have to head back to NC on Sunday. Still have half the interior to replace (stupid flimsy GM plastic crap) and a bunch of cleaning, but overall, it runs great and will easily peel the tires off in third if I let it. Gotta love my "stock" non stock engine. :)

Watched the weather dump just about everything it had on it. Rain going sideways, couldn't see across the street. Oh and I watched the hail bounce off of it too lol. Probably normal grape size hail, or nickel size. It was a wild storm, power went out too at the exact moment lightening struck. Roads were flooded from sidewalk to the other sidewalk, cars stalling out aka bending rods and trashing their engines lol. Pretty crazy, first time I've seen that here.

I changed my oil today, I'm 2/2 for dropping the oil filter and getting oil everywhere.

Navy, we had that a few months back. But everyone says Ohio is bi polar, Michigan is just as bad. I love storms as long as my car is inside. The best part is driving around or riding a bike around post storm and observing damage and helping when you can. Back in Ohio I had a chainsaw and lawnmower and trailer and was buzzing around helping older couples clear trees from their yards mostly because I liked using the saw.

That's nice of you. Mi has been bi polar for a while lol. And the 4x4 gp goes through deep water just fine lol. Another time I'm glad I'm not lowered.

Mines been through some deepish water, came up to the bottom of the rotor I think. Also drove over a live power line or 2 with it. Yay for 4x4, but with my 225/55 tires is not as much 4x4.

Truck is going away at the end of the week...right when the Camaro will be done. Camaro will be new DD since we don't really get any winter weather to speak of in NC that it can't go through. Slonoma has had a good run, but the cam bearings are getting worse and the lack of oil pressure is taking its toll on the rod bearings. I'll just slowly do bolt on stuff to the Camaro...it's a V8 and 6 speed and RWD...it'll be fun to play with...not LSx fun, but still fun.
