Yesterday I tore my car down to the block in an hour leaving the rear head on. Today so far I was swapping valves in heads and tried to reuse seals and dicked some up so now a parts run soon and hope they have them so I can get my car back together
 
I think one of my
Cooler lines is a little moist. Kinda dicks me off cause I didn't want to tear into it today so it'll have to wait cause I gotta go work
 


Well transmission is all back together, there were some frustrating parts, but it's done. I was up til 5AM doing it, so I'm taking today off and installing it tomorrow.
 
It wouldn't have taken so long if I wasn't remeasuring clutch packs for 2 hours, and fighting with that god damn input drum\third sprocket\sun gear\ reverse shell. I have the transmission bell housing bolted face down to my bench, so the output shaft was acting as a "guide" for everything. Putting that input\sprocket\sungear combination UPSIDE DOWN was a lot of friend...
 
Truck is coming along nicely. Here is a before and after of a pretty nasty scuff and scratches from a cat knocking things into the bedside.

Its hard to see but the top mark is reall all that's left and its barely noticeable now.

I wanted to use a more aggressive pad and polish combo, but the backing on my orange pad came unglued and wouldn't work with the PC. so I had to step it down a notch. Took longer but I'm happy.


And we need bandaids in this house....I dropped the ladder on my big toe, rippes nail off and it started bleeding like crazy....so here is my makeshift bandaid

you sure your a girl? thats a mans band aid lol paper towel and duct tape lol been there, thats gonna hurt for a while.

lol i was kidding of course, most girls would like a gauze pad and some medical tape lol whats on hand is how tape and paper towels come in the picture.

I then sold my black 98 GTP on Wednesday at 8 pm to some guy on craigslist...

Then I went back and picked up my gold GT from my work (I was going to get 1200 for it on trade in but when we got to the paperwork they changed it to 500 without saying anything. Luckily I caught it and told them ill just keep it).

Then on Thursday around 2 pm my sister decided to purchase the gold GT off me. So all there is left to do is sell her turd impala for dirt cheap and then I will be back at a comfortable three cars.

Oh and I did this.... not sure if I like it or not.

How much did you pay? Of course if you dont mind telling me.

I paid 2500 dollars from my GTP with 88k miles and its from Florida. So no rust.

That car looks very clean. I am jealous. I like the white.
