nice holly carb you got there. i dont know how to rebuild it but, when i need some help tuning a qudrajet i looked on line and found a guy who talked about jet sizes and all that jazz. but here is a tuning carb page to help not sure how helpful ti really will be but its worth a shot.

Haha I'd like to rebuild it myself, I do 2 and 4 stroke small enigne carbs in a breeze, could do them blindfolded. I'll take my time and watch repair videos, and pay good attention to how it comes apart/pics. It's something I'd like to say I've done.

Drove it to work , ABS keeps coming on but only when going like 10 or 5 mph weird, no ABS light or anything except when it came on last week but then it went out. Maybe it stored it or something. Is the ABS module is taking a poo I'll figure our how to just remove or disable it.

Does it happen when accelerating or braking? Mine used to do that when I was braking - would grind and the lights would come on under around 10mph...would do it twice, then the light would just come on, and stay on, and the sound went away. Replaced the hubs, and it's been golden since.

Only braking but no light come on when it happens I prob need to replace the LF wheel bearing its still OEM, also loop the steering thing came back. Don't feel like screwing with the intermediate shaft tho.

Sounds like your ABS is doing what mine did, for the most part. Replace that hub, and you should be good.

you know what funny my step broth rebuilt his and it never worked right lol i know you can do it because your older and know a ton more

repainted the top of my back bumper and re cleared it. tomorrow its back to wet sanding and buffing.
