Eh, its not that bad driving a lowered car in the winter. My Stealth probably sits lower than 99% of the forum here and I never had a huge issue. I plowed snow with my rear bumper once when we got 12" of snow while I was at work a few years back though,.
 


If my car was lowered I would have had issues this winter, I can already hear it scraping the bottom of the car at stock height. And the tow truck guy would not have been able to tow me, he was just able to at stock height. And those few times my bumper scraped going up driveways would have been much worse than a scrape. And those times where I pull up far in a spot and my bumper goes over the sidewalk without touching it, it would have. I could go on lol

It sure did make a lot of noise scraping that air dam when he got under it. And on the ride my exhaust scraped the ground going up and down driveways.
 


I don't remember if it was towed at that height, I think it was. I thought it was a bit high as well but thought, I'm not a tow truck driver so I don't really know.
 
it only needs to be a foot off the ground tops. if the back was dragging he should have lowered the front a lot. that thing is way up in the air in that pic.

not that im a tow truck driver, but a lot of my friends are/used to be and i used to ride along with them.
 
Yeah I agree, it dragged twice on the ride but I didn't know it at the time because I found out when I watched the dash cam footage lol.
 


Yeah the audio picked it up. Yeah, well, just another couple inches higher I could have seen the north star lol

Think about it like this, the front wheels only have to be as high off the ground as it would be if the car were on a tow dolly, and most times not even that high is required.
