Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Ah well it would have to lock itself if that's the case, and it only does that when the key is out. I have 3 sets of keys total, and 2 fobs. It is weird how it locks itself. I was cleaning my rims one day and my keys were sitting on the drivers seat, and I heard the doors lock, I had my window down so it was fine, but I'm not sure why they locked. Must be an option on the factory alarm system.

it is I unlocked mine with the fob and it locked after about 10 mins. It was like that even on my dad's 02 ta.

I keep my garage at 55 and my cars warm up quick in the morning.

That sucks you had to do that in the cold. I once did the water pump in the dark and cold in a Auto zone parking lot in the middle of nowhere.

That would have to be many times worse than the t-stat I did today. Not only does the water pump take longer, but in the dark, and not even at home? That's a bit rough lol

Almost won a sweet deal on a set of headers for it on ebay and somebody was playing a bid game with me and outbid at the last min lol. Oh well ill probably grab some headers soon anyway.

It took me all of 10 minutes to swap the water pump on my old 3.1l GP. The guy at AZ was cool let me borrow tools and I had it banged out in no time.

Got my parking brake working on the comp g made for some fun today with the kids in an empty church parking lot. They were all laughing and having a good time.

Ripped one of my Flowmaster mufflers off in deep snow today. I thought the car seemed louder on the drive home. Just crawled underneath with a flashlight to see the muffler just hanging there plugged up with snow.

i lost mine in some flood water. sounded like a boat till i cleared the flood. then mine dragged the ground.

Who needs parking brakes, when ours stuck on we just unhooked the cable. Probably not really safe but it worked

Not my car but my mom 07 jeep. My dad says the SES came on when they went out for dinner, so he tells me the story and said he tightend the gas cap thinking it was something simple....maybe. So I take my laptop out there with the hp tuners and hook it up and its a U0404, which means a gear seletor malfuction/fault blah blah blah Chrysler stuff. Hit up the forums and see its not a cheap fix.

So I tells him its "something simple" alright, and then that leads to the extended warranty question. Good thing we bought the 6 years and up to 72,000 coverage because its the 5th year and we are at 68,000. To the dealership it goes.

dumb abs light tripped while driving in the snow today. i must say it stops much better with out the abs.

Scottydoggs--

Agreed, watching a car trying to panic stop on snow with ABS getting in the way is like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Luckily in the GP mine is also broken, and in any other car it's easily overridden by getting on the handbrake.
