Replaced 4th wheel bearing, replaced passenger side front wheel bearing harness, and kicked, screamed, and yelled at it because the f*cking traction control light and ABS lights are still on.
Told you to ignore those ABS/TCS lights. (Or was it someone else?)
Well, to be technical, the ABS light is off because I pulled the bulb out. TCS Off is still on, but it'll get fixed. It's a OCD thing of mine, everything has to work, lol.
Seems to me like an electronic life decreaser, computers get hotter I'm sure. "the light that shines twice as bright lasts half as long" Obviously not twice as bright, but just a little with the same concept.
I'd prefer cleaning grounds and adding a second positive wire on the alternator(or larger wire) to decrease resistance, increasing stock capabilities. It does help, and is no strain on anything.
Am I the only one who does this? If I have to move my car a short distance on a level surface(like further up the driveway a bit to make room or something) and the engine is cold when it's below freezing, I just put it in neutral and push it the 6 feet or so to avoid a pretty much pointless coldstart. (pushing on the pillar) I know cold starts are the hardest on an engine so I just push it. I just did it to make room for the trash since it's pickup night, only had to go maybe 6 feet further down the street. It's 20° F out there now, why start it to go that 6 feet. It just takes a little to break the ice loose from the tires but after that it's pretty easy lol.
