• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

I work on cars in shorts and barefeet. It's nice and cool. Gotta be fast if you drop a tool though.

Yesterday I sent this to Scotty

Beat the piss outta the car and after an ignition cycle...haven't seen the issue again.

Except you are overanalyzing the coolant tank. It's been filthy for years and likely you are like the rest of us.. never looking at that pos thing. You were...in the trunk?

While checking on my intercooler pump I noticed the stink of gas looked around and noticed a nice drip from the cyl 4 injector. Glad I found that...

Took apart my rear passenger door panel to see why my window rolls down funny and wont roll up at all. Looks like the cable was disconnected and appears a piece is broken too so in a few weeks gonna be replacing that whole regulator setup. As for now ghetto rigged the window with a piece of wood and folded cards to keep window from sliding down. :th_shakinghead2:

A friend of mine used beer cans on his driver side window.. Sloppy craftiness.

So you think I still might be in the clear? And yea I was pulling out a rag to wipe the side, there's also fluid sitting on top of the engine under the supercharger

Wow lol. Well looks like i gotta figure out another way since the window slid down again but not as much. smh this blows and were expected to get some good rain this week.

One self tapping screw to hold it up would work. Or a pair of vice grips on it. Anything that'll hold it up until you put the new regulator in.. Keep in mind. you don't really care about the old regulator once the new one is in.

my window regulator went bad in my 03 truck, it just dropped to the bottom of the door. i cut a 2x4 and jammed it under the window track to the bottom of the door till i got a new one delivered. held like that for over a week.
