man that stuffs potent! i've used it before I was just kinda scared it might ruin the finish or something. it got on my hand before and of course I kept cleaning like a dumb ass. i had tiny holes in my hand later that day.
 
well, washed it cause there was overspray all over it somehow. Was spraying in garage and it was outsides WTF? Well washed it and not 2 seconds later it rains. FML!

I know the feeling, finally got a chance to detail the car and then it poured the rain.

installed 1/3 of the Big 3 upgrade. and bought a universal exhaust hanger for the car, and the guy at aoutozone scanned it, but it never rang up, free parts.<<<winning.
 


autozone wants like 5 bucks for one of them round hanger rings, i found them at a mom and pop store for 1.50 a pop, i was like hell yeah.
 
Reinstalled the old, ses light setting off MAF sensor yesterday. Car is happy again and the ses light is on, but me no cares. At least the car will stay running now.
 
Haha. I gave the "new" maf back to Lee to return it and I think I may try to go to the junk yard and see what I can find. As long as its a series 2 3800, the maf will work right? Or what other series will work?

as long as the part # matches (its stamped on the top of the maf) it will work. the same maf is used widely across gm cars.
 
i got mine for 40 at a yard, and a 60 day warranty. its 2 years old and still kicking.


and then theres the put it in your pocket deal. i dont have that deal here, parts are pulled for you, you have no free roam in the yards.

You need a 99+ the 97-98 are different

Have u tried cleaning the old one with electrical contact cleaner???
worked for mine - and no light
