Well yesterday(late night) i pulled the top half og my engine off from my parts car, labelled parts and bagged em. then i flipped the top mounts and added a bracket to the alternator that mine was missing. it bolts from the alt. to looks to be behind the coil packs.
 
Put engine and trans on the cradle. Did some welding on the headers. Just about ready to put this thing in.. awaiting new radiator to arrive, should be here Friday.

Changed the brake pads on the racekar today...
the old ones were gnarly. That SOB raped one of my rotors!
 
The pad behind the rotor was legit on the metal lol
Never saw it until i reached back and felt the rotor.
I nevarrrr use my brakes! Racekarrr!
 
Took a family friend out in the car after he didn't believe me when I told him my car was supercharged and had headers. He was quite surprised :)
 
not a whole lot, sat around thinking of awesome things to do to it.. weather tomorrow appears like i might be able to polish it some more, including fixing up my fender from a pillion

good friend of mine is a body guy, said we could just sand down the primer and paint over it, so the dent will still be there but less as noticeable because it'll be all body color...
just as a temp fix
