• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

lost a wiper blade going 75 and it starts raining.
And why the heck do these cars hate going over 70?
hate going over 70?? maybe it's because you have 3.29s but mine soars pasts 70. i can have my foot just a hair in it and it's doing 80 with no problem. :D

and not my car, but a local GP guy, I changed oil and did plugs and wires on his 04 gtp. much better I must say. and i appreciate my headers more now than I did before given my fancy new cuts on my hands.

At the speeds I drive the rain won't stay on the windscreen.

Actually that is a paraphase of what the GT40 team said in1966 or 67. They were asked if the wipers would stay on the windscreen at 200mph. The replied, Why would I care the rain won't say on the windscreen at that speed. So I've patiently waited nearly 50 years to use that line.

That reminds me of a guy I used to work with several years ago.

He had bought a Golf GTI or something and took it back to the dealer and told them that the wipers started lifting at 120mph and he wanted it fixed. LOL He said the look on their face was priceless.

I was a mechanic for a Chrysler/plymouth dealer. A guy brought in a road-runner and said it had a single missfife at 120. I drove it and at exactly 120 it bucked once and went on without another hitch. We didn't have the equipment to trace that problm down.

Put the drag radials on the car and got ready to go to the track with the local club. Rained out....... WHEN THE SUN IS SHINING. Took the drag radials off the car and went inside.
