Went on a late night run to go pick up a dual exhaust catback. Just stock but it's something!
going to get a gasket and some rtv this afternoon and install it tonight. Res on this one doesn't look the greatest but at least it's intact. Will last me until I wanna replace it
 
Yeah..right.

Put a gas can with two gallons into the trunk this morning and cracked a window before leaving the car.. even though it's supposed to storm today. Call it a plan with not trusting the fuel gauge while it's on it's way out. New part should arrive tonight. Might do the work at the new house (gasp).
 
Brakes will be done on Saturday morning. Need to get the rotors turned and Napa does it for cheap and they are closed tomorrow. Going to try to get the o2 sensor out again, diagnose the rattle in the rear end (again), maybe fix the e-brake and see if I can't get the noise out of the steering by spraying the intermediate shaft down with some while grease.

Parked it for a while. Coolant temp keeps climbing north of 210° when sitting in traffic or in a drive through and it worries me. Ambient temp was 85-90° range, a/c on. I don't know if I have an air pocket trapped or what, but coolant is full.

Thats normal, mine sees like 213 or 214 when stopped or in traffic untill the fans cool the rad off.
 


Hey, I said the Regal was fast, not directionally inclined. At least I didn't have to worry about you getting away from me while I was following you.
 
Ohh it is single but anyway. I will have duals soon. I'm just slowly piecing it together. I gotta save a lot of money since I won't have a job this fall

Just had a ZZP downpipe with the high flow cat and triple chambered resonator, ZZP catback, and two Borla Pro XS mufflers using stock trapezoidal tips installed. Sounds is great! Car growls at idle and sounds deep and throaty under load - no drone at all except when sitting right on 1500 RPM
