Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Good idea, I might have to look into that most people in my area are idiots when they come to vehicles. I live in the country, so I mention big words like "valve lift" or "rocker arm ratio" and I get looked at like a deer caught in head lights.

How do you lift valves? Are those plumbing valves?

Out here, you never know. There was one guy that SWORE up and down (to the point that he wanted to fight me, lol) that he had a computer chip that interfaced with his car's computer (not PCM, computer...he made sure to correct me) via the IAT sensor and it gained him 60 HP at the wheels. I'm kind of a smart ass so that probably didn't help the situation.

My buddies GP dies as soon as he lets go of the gas and if it does manage to idle the RPMs fluctuate. So we went I went on a ride along in it. Didn't even make it 50ft before it died, haha. I asked him if his dummy light was on and he said he had a code for the ICM and already had that replaced. I told him to check again for bad TB sensors and get back to me. I'm guessing MAF, IAC or TPMS.

Got Austons car done and ready for Michigan today. Didn't have time to get to the headers though. I'm leaving here at 6am to get to Dans by 8 and we're throwing the headers, 3.5, and tune on it before we're Michigan bound. Cutting it close haha. I had a damn good race against an N/A 3800 Firebird tonight. He had ported heads, headers, and a magnaflow catback. He had me until the 1/8th then I reeled him in on the top end. My car ran like **** tonight due to 500lbs worth of tools in the back and about 3* of KR..
I jus was in Michigan. Nice weather the whole time. Was in the Clare area seeing my 102 y/o Great Grandma. have a nice trip.

I would have laughed in his face and told him to put up or shut up.

Oh I did, and the fact that I was a little patronizing. "What's that you say? This resistor is better than the rest of the resistors in the world?" "You have got to be kidding me, 1 resistor gives you 60 HP? Let's put 2 on!" Things like that, lol.

My ex's Mitsubishi did the exact same thing and it was the alternator. Only ran when you held the gas down, rpm's fluctuating.

Installed a Gentex 177 auto dimming mirror in the 97 GTP. I have not run the wires for the temp sensor yet.
Got to get some more wire.

So the alternator did it's think again last night, Voltage was a 12.4v driving down the road. Today I wake up and check it and it's at 14.15v. Oreilly's won't replace the alternator if it tests good when I try to replace it, so this is getting irritating.
