• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Tried tightening the coolant temperature sensor to see if that worked - it did tighten another full turn or so, and it allowed the sensor to work properly for about thirty seconds - then went haywire again. Time to yank it and get another, unfortunately.

I replaced the SuperCharger oil today. This stuff smells really bad.

I will take a look at that write up later.

That was the first time I have done it in 5+ years. I think I did it back in '07 sometime when my first GTP hit 50k.

I removed the GPS tracker with starter disable that I found under my dash. It must have been installed by a previous lean holder to make sure the loan was paid. There is no loan on it now, and I sure don't want someone to have control over it.

Yup, that would suck to have it shut off for no reason.

I'm 99% sure it's not the wiring. The old sensor worked fine until the day it got broken during a LIM job.
I'm reading this as .. It worked fine w/o being moved for years. All of a sudden after I moved it around a lot, it's having troubles. Hmmmmmm you may want to reconsider that 99%. I'd give it 50/50 personally. Heck..it's only your "5th" bad sensor, like 02Navy said.... don't be that guy.

My little white Regal turned 228,000 on the 30 mile ride home yesterday. This morning there's close to 228,080 on it. I didn't sit still did I?
