• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

I'm at 212,5xx.

Finished flushing the Dexcool on a friend's Monte, just in time to have CapnBreakalot manage to get the driver's side window stuck down. Took another hour to get it back up.

lol ^

Today I finished up the DIY aux jack, it works great, and sounds great. When unplugged, the CD player remains functional. It costs all of $3.17 and a little solder. And it's really easy... But I've been playing with electronics and soldering for years.

Post it if you can find it, I couldn't. There was one on the ls forums but it didn't show how to mount it in the radio. If it were my first time it would have left me with a lot of questions. Plus we don't have one here on these forums. 04+ guys do

tried to fix my car, but nope, she wants to stay broken...

the rest of my parts wont be here till thursday so it looks like i'm stuck driving the truck until monday -_-

I did what I'm famous for a broke something else! Except not on my car. Thats one mean monte though! It got pissed at me and left me with a deep cut on my middle finger. Stitches coming tomorrow thanks to that damn thing.

On a different note I managed to do something to my car without breaking anything. I actually fixed it! I put a 180 Tstat in and got rid of my 195 one which was stuck open and throwing a P0128 code. And I finally got around to putting an o-ring on that vacuum tree which fixed my vac leak and funky idle. Turns out i'm stuck with the GP for a bit longer too since the potential buyer backed out at the last second today.

If you had enjoyable times with the GP, wait til you get into working on the ElDo. Sounds like your first project is a radiator.....lol best of luck.

I've already done plenty with this Eldo my dads owned it for years now. These N* cars are a pain to do anything on.. I know I'm in for some fun with this car. We have history together already lol.

Grrr to self lol. I knew better but didnt want to post on here looking dumb guess I let the cat out of the bag. Next gtp I get you will get my business. Or if I blow it to hell and back lol
