not my welds. just my measurements. and the one you think is real ugly is the cut off drive shaft, i even looked at it hard like wtf is that?
its the deck off a old little wonder 10 hp push blower.
not one of them welds was cleaned up, just tacked up at this point. welds still not cleaned up. it just needs to last as long as the tranny swap, then will likely be cut back apart.

almost as bad as my day, FORDS i tell ya. rust every where, to drop the tranny you need the exhaust Y pipe off, 2 cats, one res all in one, 4 o2 sensors. fought getting them nuts off cut the cat back bolts off.
then went for the cross member and snapped a bolt off on each side on the bottom, but the 2 bolts on each inside cross member to the frame came out easy. so we need to break them last 2 bolts, cause it looks like they will, then start to actually get a tranny out tomorrow.
i think my friend is thinking of welding the cross member back up on the bottom. :th_scratchhead: he kept saying im not worried about them bolts..lol

Have been polishing up my 02 Camaro SS and my polisher bit the dust yesterday. I have only used it on 4 cars. This would have been the 5th. It's plagued with the dreaded power cord issue. Meguiar's had the same issue on their previous machine. It will be going back under warranty.

Replaced GTP fuel filter, improved headlight clarity and aim by using buffy stuff and Dremel tool.

Amen to that! Some joker just tried to take out the big Ponch... right on red with no stop just like the car ahead of them... with me in the outside lane going 40, RIGHT there. Its only a matter of time. smh

Installed led kit inside. Right muffler is rusting out and sounds like total crap. Thought it was just the exhaust leak on the muffler so jb weld patched it and all my exhaust leaks still sounds like crap

Im glad he didnt hut you thats the last thing you need right now. I sware the cleaner the car the bigger the target. When my dad drives the 41 Cadillac it almost gets in a wreck 2 times a day.

People sometimes run into what they are looking at because they are looking at it. At least I'm video-ing all of it now. After that close call in the GP, I had the GTP out... theres a double right turn lane at an off ramp, I was in the outside lane next to another car... but when we turned right they went for my lane. Turned their car right in front of me broadside headed into my lane, missing it by less than a foot with me stompin brake. I tell ya, I want a horse and some woods screw this!
GTP wash job, add gas to GP is my work limit today. The TP does want fresh oil too though. Might clean up the garage some.

Found out I am getting new plates for it. Went to the store and when I went to put my buggy back found that someone had cut the corner of my license plate off to steal the sticker.
Funny thing is, the sticker dies the end of this month.
