Had it for 5 years and 100K. All the work was primarily upfront when I bought it.
Got the right number in an offer and I currently want to go in a different direction.

I finally was able to replace all 4 struts on the 95 Bonne today. KYB GR2's all around. All new everything, just needs alignment. No more bouncy driving. I knew the suspension was old, but I never thought it was original until I saw the factory paint marks and stickers on them. I thought the prev. owner had replaced them but was way wrong :th_shakinghead1: 20 years later she finally has new legs.
At least the strut towers were all rust-free!

Oil pan and gasket/LO&F on the parent's dodge caravan. It gets the award for easiest oil pan replacement for sure. Also rust proofed the pans with grease.

Bill, no bash cuz I "learned to drive in town" in a 72 2002, soggy cable 4 speed. Borrower beware- If you can't stick a magnet to the front strut towers, don't drive it like a W-body. You don't want to know. You get another truck yet?
My Grand Prixs just perform as expected with no suprises in a long while. Did not lift a finger for them today. Had the loud one out last night and it never ceases to amaze me. Leaks everything except coolant (and... Jimmy cracked corn...) but the tires stay up and the tune never changes. My rides do me proud, I've pretty much forgotten what its like to have to nurse a POS daily. Reckon it helps if you keep expectations low.

Haha yeah I specialize in oil pans and brake lines. But really I'm sick of doing them, I don't even post how many I do at work. Hey if I work on friends cars, the rules are they have to help lol.Sounds like you love doing oil pan gaskets, I'll just leave my car parked at your house tomorrow Navy haha
