Weird bump when I turn.

I recently noticed a type of bump from the right front of my car almost sounds like the front bumper hitting the wheel then snapping back into place but i checked under my car and there is no bumper hitting the wheels. I asked my dad he said it might be a cv Joint or something (i dont know what that is). anyone have the same problem? Appreciate ya reading.
 


update: i found a broken a stabilizer bar =( looks like it rusted out reall bad anyone know the cheapest place to get a new one or a good used one?
