Had a biggest looser at work. Went from 216 to 203 in 10 weeks (this included thanksgiving and Christmas). I'm hoping to get to 195. By st patty's day

I eat 4-6k calories a day. Doesn't work for me.
lolz sounds like someone guesses their cals. How the hell can you vary 2,000 cals. And once again you dont eat enough!
