creatine is no magic formula. but it helps. for someone who is older or has a heavier bodyweight it is less appealing. but for someone like kolton, it will help. obviously your main diet is far more important. not gonna argue with that one
 
Went to gym today at 5 and the place was a ghost town. Can any one recommend a brand for preteen powder? I was looking at trying it out.

Uh, gross. But if you mean protein powder, then I suggest Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Chocolate. $55 shipped from allstarhealth.com. Cheapest blended protein low carb powder I could find. It just isn't awesome with water... I suggest milk/almond/coconut/whatever.

Hi I'm Ryan and I've been a $h!tty eater for the past 2 weeks :( I've gotten down to 215 a few times and i piss it away by crappy eating. Ugh! Summer bbq's and eating out with friends and family kill me!
 


I've been lazy the last week. Getting back into the gym the last few days. Really want back down to around 220 and more solid.
 
Just weighed 219.00 :( I ate myself upto 222 from 215 over the weekend. It's crap i eat i'm sure. But i can sweat alot on hot days like this as well. I gotta get down to 210 and 195 soon or i'm gonna go crazy.
 


I need to drop 20 by the end of the summer. I love my rollerblading but i gotta get rid of this damn gut. I've dropped 51 so far but i keep teetering. I was down to 215 but now upto 217ish. Any suggestions? I'm watchin my calories and I try to get at least a 30 min exercise in 4 times a week. Usually a 5 mile ride on my rollerblades in 30-45 mins.

Lost all my weekend bloat and noticed last night that you can see a nice cut/defined look through all my extra skin, yay being a former fat guy.
