This got me surprisingly pumped for tonight's workout (Powercleans! Nothing but powercleans!).

Starting a vitamin/mineral regiment.. taking fiber bills fortified with calcium, daily multi, and zinc. I think I might be zinc deficient so yea..

Has anyone here used calcium d-glucamate?
 


im still waiting for the results on my health screening from about a month ago. im interested to see the changes i made since last year.
 
I was down 5lbs from Monday to yesterday. Didn't check this morning.

I have a theory.. liquid calories must be easier to pass than solid. Either way..I'm losin =0)
 


Haven't been worrying about weight so much as strength over the last 2 months or so. Gains have gone through the ****in roof. Bench went from 225x6 max reps to 225x10+. Also previous max was 275lbsX1 on flat bench. Ripped out 285lbs 3 times tonight for a personal best. May try for 315x1 here in a week or two.

Wait wait wait. I just re-read that. Fiber pills? How do you not get enough fiber already? Eat some vegetables. Are you trying to **** yourself thin or something?

You can't **** yourself thin lol the **** is the food your body already processed
Funny to see people on a diarrhea diet though ;)
 


I was actually a lot more into supplements when I ate less - trying to get my nutrients without the calories. Now that I'm eating tons of food, it doesn't really concern me. Now I just make sure I get my multivitamin and a fish oil dosage with a massive amount of dha and epa (keeps my knees from hurting). Anything more is gravy.

all i take is a multi vitamin, and protein shake for post workout and first thing in morning. all other times just food.
