Weight Loss or Weight Gain Thread "2012"

Now that school is out I'm going to start my 6 days on and 1 day rest. Using Thermogenics and a mass gainer plus all the food I can find. Ready to get swoll! Beach time baby ;D

Lost 10 lbs this past couple of weeks, by eating very little and drinking all my calories. Going to flip that around to eating good and exercising.

Now that my strength is where is want it and I've got the muscle mass I want I'm working on leaning it back out. Dropped 10lbs in the last week by cleaning my diet back up and hitting the gym hard. Back down to 230 from 240lbs. Shooting for 215 as a good balance. Much under that and my strength suffers

I see dudes pulling 600lbs+ at 181lbs bodyweight. Not to say that 215 is a bad weight, but being leaner probably isn't what's holding you back.

It's not but under 215lbs I look too thin. I have a very larger frame for 6'1". Last BF reading put me at 192 Lean mass for what that's worth. Even at 215 I'm in a Large shirt and 34" jeans, so I cant complain with that.

More important than abs though is chest and back. They like guys with good posture and nice wide shoulders. Abs are usually just an extra plus.

Deadlift is up 60lbs in less than a month, with a cold. 75lbs to go 'till my Christmas goal... wondering if I'll need to aim higher.
Nonetheless, I rewarded myself for my hard work:

Six chicken tenders
Two eggs
One onion
One large red bell pepper
Four mini sweet peppers
One skinless sweet potato
One entire head of broccoli.

This volume of food was almost as hard to eat as the workout was to do.

I got down to 215 last week but I ate like **** this weekend since the family was up and kinda ruined all of that... :(

time to get back into this now that the wedding is all over. let's see what i can do today at the gym.

I broke through that wall. Lost weight for two weeks in a row now. Down to 264 on Friday. 32lbs total so far. Sadly thats not even half way there.

btw, weighed in for fun the other day and im still rocking in the 220s at 227 pounds. yay.

not really focused on weight loss anymore, time to beef up a little and get more 'in shape'.

It's not about creatine. What you should do to bulk up is calculate your TDEE then eat at a surplus while lifting heavy. You'll put some good weight on.
