I enjoy Rebuilt Mass by GNC. Vanilla and cookies and cream are so good.

I'm gunna get some thirst by Vemma also. So I will keep you updated
 
What do you do for work guy? Wrestle bears? I have an extremely sedentary job but still find it hard to belive that I'm eating 1/2 of what you're eating and I'm twice your size
 


You do realize that would basically mean that even your ass cheeks are showing striations from the muscle, you'd also be on the verge of passing out at any minute, and constant nose bleeds.

Your no way near that. 3% body fat is competition level.

Oh and I'm 240lbs. can bench 280lbs curl 55's. And i'm still fat.

okay dude, so i went and re did it. and i'm about 8% today. Also SlowNA, on the little guide you posted, i'm between Shredded and Ripped
 
There ya go. Now I don't have to worry about you dying on us.

But solid %. I'd love to hit 15% this year, but at this point.
