Only because MFP has static meals. I typically graze on "lunch" from 12-4pm.your biggest meal of the day is lunch, and its over 2.5 times the size of breakfast.

I did find out that a donut adds 310 calories. Which is more than my breakfast shake. O_O (also explains why I got hungry for lunch like an hour late.)

I keep getting stronger, so if I'm losing muscle in the process, it can't be too bad.Your body needs some complex carbs within about 1 hour of waking up give or take, to promote an anabolic state. Otherwise your body could be catabolic which means it will burn muscle. Same is said for protein and amino acids but since you have the shake you got that covered.
