Weight Loss or Weight Gain Thread "2012"



So I have a problem, stepped on the scale in the gym (havent done that at the gym in over 5 years) and was shocked. Went home and weighed myself again which I havent done in many months..... same exact readings........ 254lbs..... your kidding me right? How is this even possible? I took photos last night, now be honest how fat am I that I cannot see? And no I will not take my shirt off for a relaxed front view haha. I need to get my ass on a treadmill or something dam.

Wish I looked like that at 254! You just stupid tall?

Can't say I'm a fan of cardio at all... except for the rare goof, it never made it into my routine over the past year... lost 45lbs. Can't wait 'till I grow up and get to be "too big."

6' 2" nothing to crazy. Cardio is hard for me because its either get home at 930-10pm or get home at 11. I kind of like that extra time for myself, then weekends Id rather spend it doing **** I couldnt do around the house, like the dam turbo that just sits in the garage. Being a grown up blows, so much to do so little time in a day.
 




After a session of deadlifts, I found out my farmers handles easily handle a couple 60' runs with 250lbs/hand. The <250lb amateur strongman weight class only does 235 for 50'. At least I've got one event on lock.
 
I think this stuff is finally coming together. 'Bout time I see some pay-off. Went to a party, a cute girl insisted I have her number, and two dudes offered to blow me (f*ck you, a compliment's a compliment haha). Today, I doubled the 225lb push press I've been chasing. Onward and upward.
 
LOL, Iv only been offered a bj once. Iv been bought a fair round of drinks though, dont know if gay or just being nice, but hey its free cant complain!
 


Just had my first real work out with cardio weights and hill sprints since I started working full time this summer. Just threw up all the pre workout I took
