I get discouraged when I don't see the scale moving. I see more results when my clothing fits looser or I get compliments.

Yeah they say you should weigh yourself about every two weeks right when you wake up to get the best results. But I barely even weigh myself that much. I stick to looking in the mirror :th_laugh-lol2: or seeing if my clothes fit more loosely.
how about buying something that is to small then working to fit into it? women are to complacated why do you ask us men "does this make me look fat?"

My boyfriend has never thought bad about the way I look. Even though I'm not skinny, he just says "more 2 luv " lol

I told my wife before we got married if she got fat I'd divorce her
