Are all you weather strips intact? Could be leaking in there.
Well thought I had it fixed , buy using glue to attach the rubber seal. Well it leaked yesterday when we had 6" of rain, not bad but the carpet was wet. Gonna go to the dealer to see if I can get the shield/guard what ever it's called.

so yesterday( in H E L L like humdity and temp) i attempted to install this deflector... 2 problems, i have the single one piece cowl and cant ge the wiper arm off but was able to bend it up around the hood(hood was open)
part installed very EZ... now i cant get the lil L shaped plastic off the cowl.. tried for an hour with razor bladeknife to cut it off but it didnt seem to "dig" into much..... this plastic is F'n HARD!!! lol
only other thing i can think is buy or see if a buddy has dremel....???
any other ideas guys?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

There are other reasons for water in the passenger floor board. One reason being hvac evap boot drain getting clogged. Mine was fine and I bought the deflector car still leaked. Then I took off the boot, and stuck my finger in the pipe where it drain out and it was clogged so problem fixed just letting you know if you didn't already address that.
