Wanna-be Probe put in it's place

Heading into school this morning I take a right at this one intersection and notice that this Probe (don't know what trim it is), that had been following me for the last few miles, fires up the rice burner and decides to turn right and pass me all in one smooth motion. Wasn't any other traffic around, so after we get straightened out a bit I kick the 3800 in the butt and end up ahead by half a car or so. We keep this up till about 65-70ish (speed limit is 55) and then She backs off and takes second place behind my all-so-awesome 3800.

...We get to school and I realize it's this girl from my chemistry class :th_laugh-lol3: . I was kinda waiting for her to say something about it, but she didn't say a word.



I know.....no vid, but I've got better things to do than carry a camera around waiting for these spontaneous races. ;)
 


What is a "wanna-be Probe"? A probe is a probe no matter how much they failed at replacing mustangs.

No, you do not. I carry a spare point and shoot in my center console for just such an occasion.

Beating a probe isn't really anything to be proud of, I beat one with intake and exhaust in my bone stock 200k+ mile 92 dodge spirit.

And.... Pics of girl from chemistry class or ban.

Black/almost purple tinted windows, shiny wheels, loud exhaust (or lack thereof)......you get the idea.

And yea, normally I wouldn't bother to race a Probe, but she was the instigator so I'm still calling it a win........no matter how easy it was (didn't even have to put it all the way to the floor :( ).

Might get ambitious and steal a pic off of facebook........maybe.

That's why I can never judge age. I met some 30 something year old woman in a bar the other night that had the same build as that girl and a younger looking face. She could have told me she was 21 and I would have believed it.
 
Whoa that girl mad boney.But girls/women nowdays, the younger ones look older but the older ones look younger..its crazy but hey idont care
 
I hate fakes...there is no replacement for the probe. If you want it to look like a probe, it better perform like one too bro. Just get the real deal ford probe, drive it to the cruise strip, profit.

Well closer to 17 and a half, but as long as my name doesn't get mentioned in the police report itz kewl wif me.

And heck idk, maybe she was, maybe she wasn't. All I know was that I wasn't going to get passed by some punk kid (or, as it turned out, girl) in their fart-can four-banger with purple tinted windows and wheels that prolly cost as much as the car itself. Plus, it kinda pissed me off the way she tried to take the corner and pass me all at the same time. And, if she wasn't racing I'd like to know why she kept going until about 70......

Nah, this was little 2-lane middle-of-nowhere country roads. I slowed down to turn and she just cuts out into the other lane and takes the corner at probably 25 or something and tried to pass me.......doesn't even touch the right lane of the road we were turning onto.
