Re: Vanity plates

Mine is my last name.. almost didn't get it lol

"Karana" was taken, "Karana1" was taken. So I settled for "1Karana" for the gtp. and my brother has "2Karana" on the gt. It's pretty cool when we drive next to each other lol

I guess Michigan's got a solid Indian-American population.

Re: Vanity plates

I'm not Indian-American.. I'm Chaldean, a Christian Catholic minority from Iraq

I was referring to the dance, but I have heard that Michigan's Middle-Eastern population is pretty high in some areas, too - which I guess would be relevant if you had a popular last name.

Re: Vanity plates

I wanna change mine to "Kthxbye", but I'm pretty sure it's taken. Too bad there's no free way to check availability in Minnesota short of driving to the DMV :th_shakinghead2:

Re: Vanity plates

Unless you get one that's easily recognized you're simply wasting your money. Far too many people get plates that are so abbreviate you don't even know what the hell it's supposed to mean.

was behind a truck with "GTBGBLZ" ... best I could come-up with was "GotBigBalls".. but then a woman was driving.....I think?

I've wanted to get "NOTUAGN" but never could justify the cost, especially since milwaukee raised there registration prices, again.

Saw an old grandma with "POT GIN" with no hyphen in the middle, so it was requested, thought that was funny. It was also an older buick (3800 in it):th_thumbsup-wink:
