Valve spring selection?

Hey guys im just trying to get some feedback on all this. I have never done valve springs and or delt with them before ever, so im trying to figure out what the best procedure for doing them on the car is and most importantly what size should I run. My current setup is zzp fullsize intercooler, 1.9 modded rockers, ported s/c and lim, sd headers into 2.5" with magnaflow mufflers(no cat or res), 3.1 pulley, wizaird cai, and a zzp 1.0 pcm. Im wanting a cam but not till december/january. I was gunna do crow 105s but I seen on another forum people saying no thats to much for stock timing chain so I thought 90s but need to say im clueless so all help is appreciated. Im pretty sure im experiencing valve float now(I think), it shifts at about 6k and sometimes it'll pop/burst air and kick about 6.5kr and u can feal power loss

From what i understand the 105's are fine on the stock timing chain. When you get to 130's or so you need a double roller.

awsome so then i should be able to run the 105's safley, now does anyone know how much psi to regulate into the cylinders to hold the valve up? ive herd all sorts of pressures so im jus tryin to make sure im not going to pump to much or to little in and screw stuff up.

if only i had the money for it lol but no i bought a ported s/c and intercoller from zzp, im kinda thinkin i shoulda done a cam and gen v instead tho cause this s/c has been nothin but problems i had to put my old rotor pack and snout outta my original s/c cuz the snout seal was bad and rotor pack chipped and now that its on and torqued it like rubs when u turn it by hand n im f'n lost :mad:lol
