Apparently people in that story are taking words and making them racist now. Even though they are not. Eye of the beholder I guess.

Not trying to be racist at all but look at this incident that just recently happened. This is a white referee getting attacked by a bunch of black people at a youth football game over a "bad call". It will be interesting to see if the punishments in both cases are equal or less than one another.
