I did search, but was not able to find a definitive answer. According to rock auto, in order to do the 12 inch brake upgrade, I need brackets from one of the following:

BUICK RIVIERA (1997 - 1999)

PONTIAC BONNEVILLE (2000 - 2003)
PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GT 2004
PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GTP 2004

I was able to find the brackets from a 97 park avenue at the local pick a part for 5 bucks each. My question is this, should I get rotors from one of those cars as well? or what rotors do I need to get?

What about the Fbody brakes? I was also looking up which years Fbody fit the GP. Will any 93-02 Fbody (trans am / camaro) brakes will work?

I have the brackets rockauto said i needed. I am just confused by the rockauto site saying the 03 monte carlo ss uses the same rotors as the 97-03 gtp. Here is the list they give:

BUICK CENTURY CUSTOM (2004 - 2005)
BUICK CENTURY LIMITED (2004 - 2005)
BUICK CENTURY SPECIAL EDITION 2005
BUICK REGAL (1999 - 2000)
BUICK REGAL GS (1997 - 2004)
BUICK REGAL LS (1997 - 2004)
CHEVROLET IMPALA (2000 - 2005)
CHEVROLET IMPALA LS (2000 - 2005)
CHEVROLET IMPALA SS (2004 - 2005)
CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO LS (2000 - 2005)
CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO LT 2005
CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO SS (2000 - 2005)
OLDSMOBILE ALERO (1999 - 2004)
OLDSMOBILE INTRIGUE (1998 - 2002)
PONTIAC GRAND AM (1999 - 2004)
PONTIAC GRAND AM GT 2005
PONTIAC GRAND AM GT1 2005
PONTIAC GRAND AM SE 2005
PONTIAC GRAND PRIX (1999 - 2002)

PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GTP (1997 - 2003)
PONTIAC GRAND PRIX SE (1997 - 2003)

this will fit with stock mags? but if you were getting bigger brakes wouldnt you need new calipers too?

stock 16" wheels will be ok with the 12" upgrade. i just did mine this weekend and they fit fine under my abs wheels.

So you need the FBody rotors calipers and pads for the 12" upgrade to work properly? Is there anything else that you guys would recommend doing after upgrading to these?

so what is the average cost for you guys doing this 12'' brake upgrade? and did u guys also modify the rear brakes? or does the parking brake screw things up to do so?
