Tune up?

Hey guys. I just bought my second Grand Prix today. Stepped up from a crappy 1999 SE 3.1L to a 2001 GT with 191,000 on it. what can I tune and upgrade to have this baby run smooth and clean for a few years? Maybe even get a few extra horses out of it? Any help is greatly appreciated
