It all depends on how yu drive, an wat yur doing with yur car. In normal driving, the bigger wheels aren't gonna do chit to yur trans. If yur gonna be racing, the bigger wheels will slow yu down, cause they're heavier. Of course, that can be overcome with some more horsepower. I've been running 18's for going on 5 years, an my trans is just fine. I don't beat on it all the time, tho.
 
I had 20s on my old GP for a good year and i dont feel no change and now my g/f drives it and thats been about a good 6 months sense the 20s have been off it but like BigG said its gonna depend on how u drive it
 
yeah depends on how people do drive.. also think about it.. if the tire and rim is bigger then stock it will DUH way more which means it wil be a bigger strain on the trans and cv axles and stuff. im not rippin on u im just sayin think about it newbie JK lmao =]
