Trans Problems!!!

I have a 05 Grand Prix GTP with 217000kms on it.. The trans wont go into Drive... When Shifter is D or 3 Veh wont move... Put it in 1 and 2 and it moves but hesitates... Works perfect in Reverse... Dropped Pan fluid wasnt burnt and no unusual metal peieces in the Pan... Linkage is perfect.. Wondering if anyone had this problem before... Thinking maybe it might be Shift Solenoids.. All Info will help Thanks

But I can Drive it when you put it in 1 or 2nd on the Shifter.. When you put it in park then the trans makes a funny noise...

Read up on the forward band problem. You cant use D or 3 when it goes, but 1-2 and work because you are putting it into those gear manually.

Wont move in D or 3 only
