Torque android app boost/vacuum....

On both of my cars with the android app "Torque pro" I could have swore a year or 2 ago that vacuum/boost gauge use to work, but now it seems to show like -10 vacuum and it never seems to go higher than -10 PSI (-10 to -20 PSI is the only range it seems to move in). I got the predefined GM Pids added, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and getting the same thing. Anyone get this to work properly?
 


Nevermind I thought I would see boost when holding the bypass valve down and revving, I guess you only see boost under load? It seems to work fine when driving. When I was referring to PSI I meant when boosting it is set to show in PSI.
