• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Top Swapping I have questions.

Its running got a couple little things to do and it should be running good.

And no matt sorry no cam

It's done for the most part, however, some tuning daemons still lurk under the hood, including a craptastic place to locate the O2 sensor, which will need to be fixed before any REAL tuning can be done unfortunately.

Getting the O2 put in tomorrow and the leak fixed. Oh and I probably have the longest O2 extension ever :) Thanks Jay

If anyone can help us with a problem though.. Im getting the P0121 Code which is the tps sensor.. We figured maybe it was a bad sensor so i replaced it with the one from my gt.. ran fine for a while but now its throwing the code.. I cleaned it up where the plug is and cleared the code and I have no problem now and the code is gone.. If it comes back though what would it be since we know its not a bad sensor?

No problem dude, glad I had a lot of wire. :th_laugh-lol3: I know it's ridiculous, but really I didn't know what else to do for a temporary fix. I know a lot of guys said they had to dent in the floor for their O2 to fit with the Speed Daddy headers, but yours must be a little different. No way a nearly 4" long sensor was going to fit with only 2" of clearance from the bung to the floor. The exhaust shop tomorrow should make easy work of relocating it for you. Have them put it where I showed you and you can just plug that replacement O2 sensor in I gave you without an extension. :th_thumbsup-wink:

Thanks man and I have a gift coming to you shortly. :th_thumbsup-wink:

i had to dent the bottom of my car in order to have my o2 sensor not pound up against the bottom of the car. this was with S&S headers and shortened dogbones.

Jay beat the **** outta my car and no way he could get it in

ball peen hammer, yo.

No way in God's creation that was happening.....by the time we put the dogbones back on, it pulled the bung up close to the top of the tunnel. It's going in the crossover where it's gonna be easy to get to.

Sometimes I think these guys are full of **** when they design headers....It's not that hard. I'm starting to hate header installs.
