Top swap not making power! Help

take a picture of what your guy did.

That sounds super sketchy.

Of what the dyno guy did under the hood? My car is still at the shop so I cant take a picture. I asked him what he did and he said something about connecting his wire to the plugs or something. I forget what he said.

One of the first runs on the dyno the torque maxed out at 350 but the horse was like 170 with 10 degrees of timing and very low boost. The he hooked up the wires differently under the hood then both numbers were around 170

This is discouraging.

I would like to see what you have connected where.

Better yet, google L67 vacuum routing diagram and see what comes up.

re looking, the vac line at the left front rail there, it should have a T and then go to another T under the sc snout, in the lim.

no the vac line that runs from right to left, its looks to be ending on the fuel rail, it should have a T there, and then the vac line continues to the nipple under the sc snout on the lim, where there is another T and the line then wraps around the back of the engine to the map sensor i believe its called.

heres a pic withe the T.

and that T leads to this T under the snout.

i just had all of these lines in my hands today. lol

Since my supercharger isn't making any power, does that mean I'm not going to get any power out of my XP cam? Because that's what the numbers are showing.

im thinking your vac lines are messed up and your fuel is messed up due to it, im no tuner by far, but that vac looks wrong from the pic you posted.

The line is a hard vacuum line that goes from the bottom of the boost bypass valve over to that T, you can follow it directly, the T is then plugged into the nipple on the lim, and the other side on the T goes around to the back of the motor to the MAP sensor.

As far as I can remember, that's all that's connected to that line.

right above the #1 in that first pic, 1 inch up on the fuel rail is a T, you dont have a T there in your pic. from that T the line runs under the snout to pic #2 to that T. then off to the rear of the engine to the map sensor. little black box over the rear valve cover, the line goes on a nipple under the map sensor.
