I tried to get ahold of the guy who did my tint he is on vacation right now.
I think the front two are 30 or 35% and the back windows are 20%
Not sure.

Alright. Do you think I should go to the optometrist or the normal family doc?
you would need both if your going to claim that wearing polarized glasses to protect your eyes bothers you.. you would then need a medical reason why not an optical reason... PLUS really is it worth it? IMO the cops are still gonna stop you, then you will need to show proof of the medical documentation, but odds are the cop wont take it, you'd still get a ticket and then have to prove it to the station/court whatever..
Get the legal tint, you will just save yourself time, and money? (if you have to pay for medical, im canadian i dont)...
But i tell ya what, if it works CONGRATS.. thats the best way to get around a sysstem ive ever seen
my friends and I have had hours upon hours of conversations drunk about the "zombie apocalypse" lol
IMO its just a PITA to have to worry about it.. plus the night driving point is key
Of what I've heard, there isn't much as far "legal" tint. And I would be going to the doctor telling him I'd get slight headaches from bright lights... and tell him it's the worst while driving; not mentioning anything about tints or anything. If he would mention it first, good... but if not I would kinda tease the idea of people "having darker windows", and ask him if that would help, etc.
With the whole cop deal, if I had a legal prescription, I don't think there's much he could do... and I don't think it would cost a whole lot, just the fee to get in the doc's office I think.
Now to cover my ass, this is all speaking in the "If I did it, here's how" kinda terms, not saying I'd ever actually do it. :th_laugh-lol2:
Again, the PA exemption still does not allow for darker than legal, which is 50%. If you were to waste your time going through the effort, they typically require an M.D. to provide the letter stating your needs. So, an eye doctor does you no good.
