yeah, but dont expect the GR2s to last more than 40k miles or so, maybe a little more. my car was starting to get rough by the time i sold it. i think i had somewhere on the area of 50k miles on mine and it just didnt ride the best anymore.
however, the lowering springs debate is a whole different issue. before you choose a spring youre going to have to decide on what youre willing to take. the springs with the least drop ride the best and the ones that go lower ride worse. its all up to what youre willing to deal with. i ran eibachs and i thought they were great. it lowered the car nearly 2"+ and it still rode pretty well, in my opinion. its no cadillac, but it also didnt ride like a civic that was slammed (rice bounce).
least drop: vogtland, SSC
medium drop: B&G, eibach, sprint...more
most drop: intrax
i am too lazy to dig up the threads, but you can search for intrax and see how they look. ive posted about them many times. pictures tell the best story. however, just know that once you go far enough down on these cars the axle geometry gets thrown off so you either need to use motor mount spacers to make the motor and transmission go higher into their normal positions, cut your dogbones shorter to pull the engine forward a little, or get custom length axles. some are more expensive than others. the spacers seem to work out the best for the price (you can make them if you know how to cut shapes in metal and can drill a few holes in them).
what else?
